Former American Idol contestant Leah Labelle has been busy preparing her debut album and has enlisted a few friends and mentors to help her along the way. Over the weekend the singer shot a video for her first single "Sexify" in Los Angeles and Super Producers Pharrell and Jermaine Dupri made some memorable cameos. Pharrell played the role of the pizza delivery boy while SKAM Artist Jermaine Dupri made a rather convincing angry landlord. In an episode of "Living the Life" the So So Def Mogul gives us a behind the scenes look of the video with appearances from JoJo and Fatima who is the legendary choreographer behind Aaliya.
Pharrell and J.D. are essentially sharing Leah Labelle's services as she is signed to a joint deal with both Producers. Her debut album has no release date as of yet but will be released through I Am Other/So So def/Epic Records.
